- With Your Recruited Instructors/Experts: We share data we have about you (excluding your email address) with the expert for the package you purchase, so they can improve their content.
- With Other Users and Recruited Instructors/Experts: Your shared content and profile data may be publicly viewable.
- With Service Providers, Contractors, and Agents: We share data with third-party companies who perform services like payment processing, data analysis, marketing, and customer support.
- For Advertising: We may use and share certain data with third-party advertisers and networks to show you relevant ads. You can opt out of behavioral advertising.
- For Security and Legal Compliance: We may disclose your data to third parties if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary as part of a legal inquiry, to enforce our agreements, or to detect or prevent fraud.

Terms & Regulations
Using TeachDemy
You need an account for most activities on our platform. Keep your password somewhere safe, because you’re responsible for all activity associated with your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Services.
Your Responsibilities for Your Account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when setting up and maintaining your account.
- You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on it.
- You may not share your login credentials with anyone else.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect someone is using your account without your permission by contacting our Support Team.
Training Package Purchase and Access
When you purchase a training package, you get a license from us to use it for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
Access and Use
- Your license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
- You are getting a license to the package content, not buying the content itself. You may not resell the package in any manner.
- Offline Access: Full access to your training packages is possible at any time and place once purchased, reflecting the offline nature of the training.
- We grant you a lifetime access license to the package content. However, we reserve the right to revoke this license if we are obligated to disable access due to legal or policy reasons, such as a copyright complaint.
Payments, Credits, and Refunds
Pricing and Affordability
The price of our packages is generally determined based on our internal policies. As our trainings are provided offline, this allows us to offer more affordable prices compared to other online websites.
Payments
You agree to pay the fees for the package you purchase and authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or other payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to any package for which we have not received adequate payment.
Refunds
- If the package you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request a full refund to your account within 72 hours of your purchase.
- No refund is due if you request it after the 72 hours guarantee time limit has passed.
- We reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, or ban your account if we believe you are abusing our refund policy or have consumed a notable amount of the content.
Content and Behavior Rules
You are responsible for your behavior and all the content you post on our platform.
- Your use of the Services must comply with applicable local or national laws or regulations.
- You may not post or submit anything that is not yours.
- If you are a recruited instructor, you are solely responsible for your training content and actions. You must also abide by the law and respect the rights of others, ensuring your content does not violate intellectual property or image rights.
- We can restrict or terminate your use of our platform and ban your account at any time for any violation of these Terms, failure to pay fees, fraudulent activity, or other reasons in our sole discretion.
TeachDemy's Rights to Content You Post
You retain ownership of the content you post, which includes your reviews, questions, and any content submitted by a recruited instructor.
By submitting or posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content (including your name and image) in any media or distribution method, and to use it for marketing purposes.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services (including all training packages, news, and books) are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- You Use at Your Own Risk: You accept that you will not have any recourse against us if things don’t work out right, such as platform downtime or security issues. You acknowledge the risks inherent in using our Services and agree you will have no recourse for damages.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you for all claims related to the Services is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to your claims. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
