Your Refund Window
If the package you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request a full refund to your account within 72 hours of your purchase.
After the Refund Period
No refund is due if you request it after the 72 hours guarantee time limit has passed.
Fair Use & Refund Protection
We reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, or ban your account if we believe you are abusing our refund policy or have consumed a notable amount of the content.
Certificates earned within the 72-hour refund window will be revoked if a refund is processed. To request a refund, open a support ticket from your My Account → Tickets page (or the Contact page) — our team responds within 72 hours.
